Paola Seminara

MSc Architectural Technology & Building Performance

I am attending the MSc in Architectural Technology & Building Performance at Edinburgh Napier University. Graduated in Architecture and Construction Engineering, I have always been interested in the connection between construction and environment. The Scottish Government has set ambitious targets for the Climate Change Plan and, with the project promoted by SGN and Edinburgh Napier University, I believe that I can give my contributions. I am excited to participate in this new adventure, where multidisciplinary teams have been set up by Edinburgh Napier University. Thus, the students and I will have the opportunity to discuss and elaborate new proposals having a 360- degree view.

Susanna Cherian

BSc Biomedical Science

I am a BSc Biomedical Science student at Edinburgh Napier University. My passion for environmental conservation and climate change blossomed from a module I studied in my first year. My zealousness to expand my knowledge, and push the limits of creativity, persuaded me to volunteer for this project. Using the skills, I have learned in university, I aim to contribute to this project's outreach and background research. I am eager to work in this dynamic team to trade expertise and devise ideas that encompass this global emergency.

Aidan Tobyn

BDes Product Design

I am a motivated Product design student, who is driven by venturing into new grounds to explore unknown parts of the design industry where I can demonstrate my desire to deliver qualitative solutions to issues & work cooperatively with my peers. As a designer, I am always pushing myself to find improvements, solve issues and learn knowledgeable skills from other industries. During my time at university, I have focussed projects based around sustainability and taken influence from brands that are environmentally conscious. Along with this, I have gained an insight into designing and making produce from reclaimed materials to help empower others in the making process whilst engaging in the circular economy.
